Welcome to UiWize. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Shokhrukh Karimov (“we”, “us”, “our”). They explain the rules for using UiWize (the “Service”) at uiwize.com.
By using the Service or paying for it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use UiWize
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can legally enter into this agreement.
2. What UiWize is — and what it is not
UiWize is an AI design tool. You describe a product idea, answer a few questions, approve a screen map, and the Service generates UI screen designs and a clickable prototype for desktop and mobile.
Please understand clearly:
- UiWize creates visual designs and clickable prototypes only. It does not build a working application, a backend, a database, or production-ready code that runs as a real product.
- The output is meant for design, demos, and prototyping — for example, to show investors or test an idea.
- The designs are generated by AI. They may contain mistakes, may look similar to designs made for other users, and are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or fit for any specific purpose. You should review everything before you use it.
3. Accounts and access
To use the Service you sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Please tell us right away at support@uiwize.com if you think someone else is using your access without permission.
4. Payments
One-time price. UiWize is offered as a one-time purchase of $1.99 (USD). This unlocks a pool of 3 screen credits. Planning is free. This is a single payment.
No subscription. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal. We will not charge you again unless you choose to buy again.
How payment is handled.Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your full card details. Your use of payment is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms.
Taxes. Prices may not include taxes. If any tax applies, you are responsible for it unless the law says otherwise.
Refunds. Each generation uses paid AI resources on our side. For this reason, the $1.99 is generally non-refundable once you have started generating screens. That said, if something goes wrong on our side — for example, the Service fails to generate your screens — email us at support@uiwize.com and we will make it right.
Waitlist. You can join our waitlist for free. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, does not guarantee access, and does not lock in any price.
5. Your inputs and your content
“Your Content” means anything you give us — your text prompts and your answers to our questions.
- You keep ownership of Your Content. You give us permission to use, store, and process it only to run the Service for you (for example, to send it to Anthropic so it can generate your designs).
- You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not break any law or any other person's rights.
- Do not submit:content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights, or confidential information that belongs to someone else.
6. The designs you generate (“Output”)
When you generate designs using the Service, we grant you the right to use those designs (“Output”) for your own personal or business purposes, including investor demos and prototypes.
Please note:
- Because the Output is created by AI, similar Output may be generated for other users. We do not promise that your Output is unique.
- The Output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it or show it to others.
- You may not claim that AI-generated Output was made entirely by a human if that would mislead someone.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, hateful, or deceptive.
- Use the Service to create content that infringes other people's rights.
- Try to break, hack, overload, or get around the limits or security of the Service.
- Copy, resell, or rent the Service, or try to reverse-engineer how it works.
- Use bots or automated methods to access the Service in a way we have not allowed.
- Use the Service to build a competing product by copying our designs, components, or system.
We may suspend or remove access if you break these rules.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service itself — including UiWize's name, logo, software, design-component library, layout system, and the way it works — belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any ownership of the Service. You may not copy or reuse our brand or system without our written permission.
9. AI disclaimer
The Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate designs. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or generic, and may not match what you intended. The Service does not give legal, financial, business, or professional advice. Always review the Output yourself before using it for any important purpose.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on Anthropic (AI), Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and Google (authentication). We are not responsible for the actions, content, or failures of these third parties. Their own terms may also apply to you.
11. Service provided “as is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. UiWize is an early-stage product and may change, break, or be unavailable at times.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from your use of the Service.
In all cases, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the past 12 months, or $50 (USD), whichever is greater.
Some places do not allow these limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to cover and defend us against any claims, losses, or costs that come from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or Your Content.
14. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that should reasonably survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply after termination.
15. Changes to the Service and these Terms
The Service and these Terms may change as we develop UiWize. If we make important changes to these Terms, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where reasonable, let you know. If you keep using the Service after a change, that means you accept the new Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Uzbekistan, unless the law of your home country gives you other rights that cannot be removed.
