This Privacy Policy explains what information UiWize (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to uiwize.com and the UiWize service.

1. Who we are

UiWize is operated by Shokhrukh Karimov. For privacy questions, you can reach us at support@uiwize.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

Google account details — your name and email address when you sign in with Google.
Your inputs — the text prompts you write and your answers to our clarifying questions, so we can generate your designs.
Payment information — when you pay, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects your payment details. We do not store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and your billing email.
Feedback — any rating or comment you leave on a generated result.

Information we collect automatically:

Usage data — how you use the Service, such as which steps you complete, when you generate, and which features you use.
Device and log data — your browser type, device type, approximate location (from your IP address), and time of access.
Hashed IP address — a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to enforce free planning limits. We cannot reverse this to your actual IP.
Session cookie — a small file used to keep you signed in. See Section 9.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Provide and run the Service (including generating your designs).
Process your payment and manage your account entitlements.
Send you important messages about your access or purchase.
Enforce fair-use limits on the free planning tier.
Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
Keep the Service safe and prevent abuse.
Follow the law.

4. How AI processing works (important)

To generate your designs, we send your inputs (your prompts and answers) to our AI provider, Anthropic. They process this only to create your Output and return it to us.

We do not use your inputs to train AI models, and we instruct our AI provider to process them only to run the Service. Anthropic handles this data under their own API terms and privacy policy.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies and in the situations below:

Service providers (“subprocessors”) who help us run UiWize, including:
- Anthropic — to generate your designs.
- Cloudflare — to host and serve the Service globally.
- Neon — to store your project data in a managed Postgres database.
- Lemon Squeezy — to process payments.
- Google — to authenticate you via Google Sign-In.
Legal and safety — if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Business transfer — if UiWize is ever involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, your information may be part of that, subject to this Policy.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your information only as long as we need it to run the Service, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Your project data (prompts, generated designs, and session) is retained for as long as your account is active. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct information that is wrong.
Delete your information.
Object to or limit certain uses.
Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, email us at support@uiwize.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

8. International data transfers

We and our service providers store and process your information in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare, Neon, Anthropic, and Lemon Squeezy operate. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in these locations. Where required, we take steps to protect it during transfer.

9. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but the Service will not function without the session cookie.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including storing it in an encrypted managed database and serving the Service over HTTPS. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If we ever learn of a data breach that affects you, we will act as the law requires.

11. Children's privacy

UiWize is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us at support@uiwize.com and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where reasonable, let you know. Please check this page from time to time.
